I hold a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from Gono University. My engineering background has been instrumental in developing analytical thinking, technical adaptability, and a structured problem-solving mindset—qualities that have greatly enhanced my effectiveness in ERP system management and implementation.

When I first began working with ERP systems, every module, every screen, and every error message was a challenge. I faced system complexities, user issues, and data mismatches. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, I saw each problem as an opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute.

✅ Using the TNA & Planning modules, I helped teams stay on schedule and improve process visibility.
✅ With Inventory & Production, I ensured real-time tracking of stock levels and production flow.
✅ In SCM and Commercial, I contributed to automating procurement and export-import documentation.
✅ Through HRM, Admin, and Leave Management, I supported accurate payroll, attendance, and employee lifecycle management.
Beyond technical execution, I focused on user-centric solutions. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, identified their pain points, and implemented solutions that improved efficiency and user satisfaction.
